This is a pre- shampoo treatment elixir for both scalp and hair. Apply on dry scalp and hair, gently massage scalp for 5-10 minutes, if possible wrap your hair gently in a soft towel and allow to penetrate 30 minutes to several hours. Shampoo and condition after. Superfood Elixir is more focused on scalp conditions, where as follicle food is more focused on growth. Follicle food is really meant as a scalp treatment where as Superfood Elixir is formulated for both scalp and hair.
