At this moment we do not offer returns or exchanges. We are a very small business with very expensive overhead expenses. We hope as we grow we may be able to have a different offering in the future.
Exceptions are, if you receive your item(s) and they come to you damaged, please take a photo within 24 hours of receiving the order and contact our team via email at kristinelorraine@alicelorrainesalon.com In this instance, we will be very happy to replace any damaged item(s).
